Loan Exhibition - final details and sponsors confirmed 25 pieces have been carefully chosen to make up the BADA Fair’s Loan Exhibition entitled ‘Pomp, Pageantry & Protection’. The exhibition will display 16th, 17th & 18th century polearms from the royal courts of Europe, lent from the world’s greatest private collection of etched and gilded hafted weapons. The collection has been assembled over 45 years and has never been displayed in public before. 103 members of the British Antique Dealers’ Association are busy making their final preparations to exhibit at the 2012 BADA Fair. They will offer top quality art and antiques for sale to tempt and delight visitors. Nine new exhibitors join the Fair bringing new disciplines the mix, four of them are new members to the BADA. A further three exhibitors return to the fair after an absence.

2012 – the BADA Fair’s 20th anniversary – setting the highest of standards The BADA Fair celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2012 and, from its very first staging, it has set the highest of standards for other events to follow. It was the first event of its kind to be housed in a purpose built pavilion in London and the first antiques fair for the exclusive participation of members of the British Antique Dealers’ Association. Therefore, it is no surprise that this event is internationally recognised as the UK’s premier, national art and antiques fair.
