‘Pomp, Pageantry & Protection’ – Royal Polearms – An Unequalled Private Collection ![]() Never before publicly exhibited and unquestionably from the finest collection of polearms in private hands, the BADA Fair is delighted to host a loan exhibition containing some of the most opulent etched and gilded weapons ever created. Formed over the last 45 years and concentrating on Imperial and Regal bodyguards, this exhibition will show examples of the finest design and craftsmanship by artists and metalworkers of the European Royal Courts during the Renaissance and Baroque periods, and will demonstrate the power and prestige of some of the most famous European rulers from 1500-1750.
